  1. Booking & Confirmation
    All bookings are confirmed only upon payment of the advance amount. The remaining balance must be cleared before the event date as per the agreed timeline.
  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    In case of cancellation, the advance amount may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the notice period. Any changes must be communicated in advance.
  3. Venue Usage
    The venue must be used only for the purpose agreed at the time of booking. Any misuse or damage to the property will result in additional charges.
  4. Time Restrictions
    Clients must adhere to the allotted time slot for the event. Any extension will be subject to availability and additional charges.
  5. Decorations & Setup
    External decorators are allowed only with prior approval. Any installations must not damage the property or existing structures.
  6. Safety & Responsibility
    Floriade is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
  7. Cleanliness & Maintenance
    Clients are expected to maintain cleanliness. Any excessive damage or cleaning required will incur additional charges.
  8. Compliance
    All events must comply with local laws, regulations, and noise restrictions.
